Background: Graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a degree in Communications. Moved to the Boston Area post college and worked in Marketing and Recruiting for many years. In 2000, began my real estate career at Coldwell Banker in Londonderry, NH. It wasn’t long before I determined that being a realtor was my favorite occupation. I ended up moving to New Tampa in 2004. By 2005, I had my FL real estate license. I was proud to hang my license at Coldwell Banker in New Tampa where it still resides today. In 2008, I left real estate full-time due to the down in the market. After seven years in outside sales and as a compliance officer, I went back full-time to real estate in 2015. The best decision!

What my clients get with me as their realtor: I believe that selling your home is my job, not yours. My seller’s have their own responsibilities. Jobs, family, pets, and hobbies. From start to finish I am there. I am at your home when the professional pictures are being taken. I am there to put the sign in the yard and the lockbox on the door. I am there when the appraiser is there to point out all upgrades. But most importantly, I am there every day answering the phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner. All showing requests go directly through me. I will then communicate to you the request and make sure it fits your schedule. I will ask you what your favorite form of communication is and communicate with you in that way. I am also there to negotiate the offer and also the repair request after the inspection. I am also the one who communicates with the buyer’s lender and the title company. I do not have an assistant, middleman. I take on all of these items to secure a seamless process. From our first meeting until the closing table, I will be there.
